Project duration: until the end of August 2024 + option to extend
Location: Hybrid (familiarization phase approx. 4 weeks increasingly on site in Bonn, then mostly remote)
Workload: 5 project days per week
Your tasks include:
Organizational/technical application support, including:
o Deployment and operation of complex applications
o Creation and maintenance of operating manuals
o Collaboration in application-specific projects
o Carrying out application tests
o Maintenance of knowledge databases
o 2nd and 3rd level support
o Processing incident and change request tickets
o Communication with suppliers, manufacturers, partner companies and clients
Your technical skills:
- Sound IT knowledge (especially in the Windows/Citrix server environment and Office applications)
- Knowledge of Powershell scripting and SQL database queries desirable
- Experience in ITIL desirable
- Strong service mentality and ability to work in a team
