- Good user knowledge of IT service management processes (ITIL)
- Installation of clients and support of the local client and hardware environment
- Documentation according to ITIL guidelines
- Processing of support and service requests in the area of software and hardware

- Windows 11 migration project incl. software deployment via Baramundi
