Description
- Strong knowledge and experience with 2G/3G/LTE networks architectures, interfaces and protocols, from both RAN & Core Network (CS and PS)
- Project management experience
- Multi-Vendor environment management
- Knowledge and experience in WiFi, VoWiFi and LTE-WLAN offloading
- In-depth understanding of VoLTE/IMS protocols, procedures and core network elements.
- Familiarity with and understanding of IP, TCP, UDP, RLP, Diameter, PPP, SIP and IPv6 protocols.
- SIP/VOIP/IMS call flows analysis.
- Practical experience and strong understanding of PCRF, DRA, SDM (Subscriber Data Management) procedures and call flows (3GPP TS 23.203, TS 29.213, TS 29.214).
- Familiar with 3GPP, GSMA and IETF specs
- LTE-A RAN testing, integration and validation (Huawei Rel-10 RAN)
- Experience working on OSS (M2000)
- QoS performance investigation.
- Experience in complex deployments
- System testing and validation.
- Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting wireless systems and solving complex problems.
- Identification of improvement and optimization opportunities and proposing methods of implementation.
- Good grasp of commercial and financial aspects of a telecom operator.
- Ability to build healthy relationships with customers and influence decisions based on technical ground.
