    I was a SAP HCM professional with extensive (inter)national experience for almost 2 decades. I have been working in several roles: from analyzing customer business requirements, development, over application maintenance and consultancy to team lead and project leader and HR Architecture.
     
    Since the end of 2015 I started a new mission to become a SuccesFactors Consultant, and I opted for the Employee Central (EC) module since this is where I believe to bring the most added value to my customers (Given my past experience in SAP HCM).
     
    Now I’m a  SAP Certified Application Associate – SuccessFactors Employee Central and Onboarding.
     
    And as a matter of continuous improvement I moved and got hands on experience in SuccessFactors PM/GM later on different modules will follow and I also looked into S4/Hana, Fiori,UI5 etc. NOT to become a technical consultant again but in order to be able to provide functional / strategic advice backed up and in sync with this technicalities. Recently I was also involved in Business Analysis and support for Workday HCM and Workday Recruitment.
