• Overall 8.4 years of Industrial Experience in which 7+ years of relevant experience on SAP PP/QM.
• Successfully done 2 E2E implementation, Up-gradation, 5 Rollout and Support environment.
• Having good business knowledge of Steel manufacturing, Plastic, Tiles manufacturing and Pharmaceutical process.
• Good understanding processes of Production cycle and involved in PP, PP-PI, QM & PM.
• Good Knowledge of SAP PP and PP-PI master data .
• Hands on experience in PP-PI sheet .
• Good knowledge in VC master data.
• Good Knowledge on X-step PI sheet Implementation and support knowledge.
• Hands on experience in Enhancement and user exist of PP module.
• Hands-on experience in data migration by using LSMW and BDC.
• Have been involved in aspect of project’s lifecycle such as functional specification preparation, Unit & Integration Testing, User Acceptance Training (UAT) and User Manual.
• Hands on experience on Incidents by providing solutions and workarounds by using existing software functionality.
• Hands on experience in all integration points between MM, PP, QM, PM, SD, and CO.
• Activities involved in PP-CO integration about Costing, Variance, Settlement of Order.
