During this time I have primarily used technologies like java, jsp, servlets, ajax, html, css, javascripts, jquery, struts, jquery, GWT, Smart Gwt, Jive, Linux (installations,administration, networking of fedora, redhat and occassionaly Ubuntu), php wordpress, social networking framework, mysql, postgres etc. I have worked with small teams of 6-8 people, mentored, guided them to create robust, efficient and easily manageable code for our customers.

---Created a Java based Chat Application to be integrated in a telephony application where the server and client wasdesigned from scratch. The main purpose of this application was to enable call center agents to chat with multiple customers simultaneously. Chat history, real time monitoring, important statistics of the chats by different agents could be viewd and controlled by a Manager in a specially designed Manager Console. The application was built as a desktop application using swing and also as a browser based (applet) application. We almost ended up building a miniature text application in trying to add an Emoticon feature to the above Chat application!!!

--- Created an online Examination System where teachers could set multiple choice questions, manual questions,quizes, projects etc for students
