Deep understanding of finance and business requirements, ability to translate functional requirements and reporting needs into practical process/system solutions and ability to communicate those to all levels of the business
Global team leadership and strong programme/project management capabilities (active participation in full SAP life cycles for over 20 projects between 50K € and 1.500K €) with responsibility for internal staff members and external consulting resources (currently 14 permanent FTE and 10 external FTE)
Customer and service level / quality oriented
Developed analytical capabilities, supporting continuous business and process improvements
Ability to use own judgment, make quick decisions, feedback and escalate to senior management when appropriate
Design and set up of a global SAP template (across several countries: UK, FR, DE, AU, US, DK, SE, NL, BE, HU, HR, PT, ES, PL, IT, IN, ID, CA) focused on FI/CO/MM/PS/SD and BW modules (2000 users worldwide)
Management of highly complex international programme roll outs. Large scale infrastructure projects including set up of regional Finance SSC’s

Extensive SAP experience – advanced skills (hands on) in R3 customizing focused on IFRS compliance including parallel accounting, segmented reporting and Cost of Sales approach based on SAP new GL functionalities and BW processes (Release ECC6)
