TUUT - IT Consultant
Working within a team of offline designers, I was responsible for spreading, implementing and creating a Digital Culture in the company. In close partnership with the Managing Director and Account Director, I was involved in every aspect of Digital solutions for the company: defining processes, deliverables and tools and  scoping and implementing technical solutions. I directly managed 20+ projects developed by internal developers working in a tight integration with all areas: Creative, Sales and Planning. In my daily activities I was managing projects, estimating in actual men hours, preparing proposals and collaborating with the overall Company Business Strategy.
