I facilitated workshops with each company understanding their business processes, manufacturing processes, costs of production including overheads and reporting requirements. Each design solves previous / legacy systems constrains and enables faster turnaround time in planning processes and enables dynamic reporting while generating new business insights for better decision making. Note: CQS has been renamed to Caseware Africa and the SAP BPC team CQS Performance Solutions to Decision Inc.
