team within the required timeframes, and that the specified requirements are sufficient for the
Systems Integrator to create the applicable functional specification;
* Manage progress and escalate any issues not resolvable directly with the stream leads;
* Assess the received functional specifications;
* Manage final approval of each functional specification with the owning stream lead or other
designated approver;
