- Education - B.Tech. (Hons), Executive M.B.A, PMP Certified, SAP Certified.
- Currently working as Head of SAP COE “Centre of Excellence”
- Responsible for End-to-End Project Management of SAP, Handling SAP MM, PS, SD, Taxation and overall Integration.
- Worked with and association with IBM / TCS / HCL-Axon / E&Y / KPMG / Essar.
- Has primarily worked on SAP MM WM Module and integration Part of these modules
- Work involves Starting with Project Planning and Project Governance Structure Creation(Responsibility Matrix); Managing Stakeholder expectations; Ensuring Solution Integrity and Day-to-Day reporting for the project; Managing the Project Financial, Ensuring Cost Compliance and Managing Risks / Issues without compromising on deliverables.
- COE Support all business function of CHD Projects, Procurement, Sales, CRM, Accounts, Facility.
- With 10 years in SAP I am utilizing my knowledge in developing best practice, new Product implementation and business strategy planning at CHD, Enabling organization in taking strategic decision of deploying/updating technology/ ERP Tool and taking Critical decision. Managing IT infrastructure and SAP Support for all CHD Locations.
