Description
As SAP Expert or Project Manager, my responsibilities cover the delivery in many activities including:
- Pre-study,
- Analyzing of legacy systems and design (workshops, blueprint),
- Development of new solutions (process definition, prototype, configuration and implementation),
- Data migration,
- Testing (from unit to integration and non regression testing),
- Training and coaching (for users and end-users),
- Go-live, production and maintenance support,
- Optimization, improvement and harmonization of existing processes,
- Project documentation,
- Knowledge transfer.
SAP HR / HCM skills:
- Project Management: full SAP-HR project life cycle on local, global and complex international projects. PMI and PRINCE2 oriented methodology.
- SAP-HR Certified.
- Excellent understanding of HR systems architectures with integrated modules.
- Excellent understanding of payrolls flows and processes in complex landscapes.
- Belgian & French Payrolls.
- PA, OM, Time Management: integration with Payroll.
- ECM (Enterprise Compensation Management) – functional.
- PCP (Personal Cost planning) – functional.
- LSO (Learning Solution) – functional.
- SAP Enterprise Portal Overview.
- ABAP – debugging.
- Upgrades.
