During the past 23 years, I have worked on consulting in three major areas, as ERP Project Manager, working for SAP Mexico as Project Manager and for BaaN ERP in the past. Managing large scale projects in Mexico, Latin America and US, sound knowledge of all aspects of IT, ERP, reengineering, CRM, Supply Chain, Costs, Finance, with a sharp vision of business and market analysis, innovation & business transformation, Merger & Acquisitions. Establishing PMO practices and governance. Developing End-to-End / Full Cycle Project plans based on several methodologies & frameworks for all phases. Also qualified in OCM, Six Sigma, PMI and some APICS courses.  

I have experience on Business Development with focus sales and marketing areas for IT companies and distribution channels, and as a Business Consultant working for one worldwide re-engineering firm scanning companies to detect opportunities and weakness in their operations, creating and/or redefining most of the workflows, management systems and resources utilization. Leaving the company almost ready for ISO9000 certification, I was trained in the US by this company. 

Bachelor in Administrative Computer Systems, qualified in Total Quality Management, Telecommunications networks and PMI Methodology.
