A senior technical IT professional with a thorough understanding of the enterprise IT infrastructure, specialized in unified communications with a holistic approach to system design, IT operations and ITIL-based processes. Seasoned in varying support, project delivery, operations and technical management roles at top multinational matrix corporations (UBS, UPC, Orange Business Services, Avaya). Highly experienced within leading delivery of major deployments and large-scale transition projects inhouse and on outsourced accounts in either English or German.
