* An overall knowledge and understanding of the procedures and organization regarding the Business flows (Front/Middle/Back Office) within the Asset Management industry; e.g.: Asset and Fund managers, Pension plans, Banks and Insurance companies

* In depth knowledge about Securities, derivatives, FX-instruments etc. regarding Static Data, Back Office transactions, Corporate Actions etc.

* Profound knowledge regarding Financial theory, hereunder pricing, Risk management (VaR), Performance measurement (GIPS), Compliance (Basel/Solvency II), Accounting (IFRS) etc.


CRM, Project and Test skills:

* Skilled to manage implementation projects through all phases regarding administration, allocation of resources, coaching of team members, estimation of time and material, conducting workshops, reporting to different stakeholders and target groups;

* Ability to build up good relationships to customers within Financial Institutions through long term Implementation projects, where I’m serving as both Project Manager and as Consultant;

* Experiences in working as a facilitator between test team and clients’ end users
