* I was selected to fill the vacancy of System Operator, after holding an internal competition at Caixa Económica Montepio Geral. Two systems were simultaneously managed, one MVS and another AS400. I had as main activity the daily monitoring of the batch. * The main activities were: Batch follow-up, monitoring the online status, performing backups, solving JCL problems and submitting JOB's, printing various documents of importance to the bank. * The technologies used were IBM Mainframe, BM Tivoli Workload Schedule.

* I went to the Caixa Económica Montepio Geral, attending to the public in the branches of the bank. I received training in the area of Housing Credit, for which I was responsible. * The main activities were the service to the public, the writing of housing loan agreements, management of the markings of deeds and monitoring of the credit granted.
