• 9+ years of complete experience in IT, 7 years of experience in Installing , Configuring, Administering, Performance Tuning of IBM WebSphere Application Server 6.x, 7.x,8.x. HTTP Server 2.x, 6.x. 7.x, 8.x.
• Expertise in installation, configuration, Deployment and management of enterprise applications using WebSphere Application server 5.x, 6.x, 7.x, 8.x on LINUX, AIX and Windows.
• Experience on installation different packages of WebSphere Application Server including Express, Base, Network Deployment
• Through knowledge of product installation, configuration and deployment of J2EE applications, connecting to back-end resources, performance tuning, automation, and troubleshooting.
• Experienced in working with Websphere Portal server 6.x, 7.x and Websphere Process Server 6.x.
• Experienced in working with Tomcat server
• Experienced in working with IHS and Apache Webservers
• Experienced in working with BuildForge
• Fluent with AIX, Linux and Windows.
• Experienced in applying Patches and Fixes for WebSphere Application Server, Portal server & process server
• Strong experience in Application Server clustering.
• Implementing Work Load Management and fail over topology using clusters and load balancers.
• Participation in an on-call rotation supporting 24x7 critical production applications.
• Excellent problem resolving interpersonal & communication skills with ability to work under pressure in a highly visible role in a team and individually.
