Business Analyst
JD Edwards Finance Consultant mainly oriented to the Medical Industry. Currently working for Johnson & Johnson in the EMEA region.
- Specialized in all the JDE Finance Modules - Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, General Accounting, EDI Processing, etc.
- IT Support Analyst: Incident analysis and resolution, raised by the end users of the client company on JDE's versions (JDE v. 8.12 and JDE Xe), fulfilling with a given SLA (Service Level Agreement) and the ITIL v 3.0 best practices.
- As Functional Consultant I collaborate with both business and technical teams on process design, redesign and optimization. Assist in the functional implementation of JD Edwards applications.
- Identify objectives, desired features and translate those requirements into technical specifications for configuration & development.
- On - boarding trainings provided to the client and internals, within the team. Documentation of the different processes across the company - Work Instructions, Troubleshooting, etc - .
- Monitor and document post - implementation problems and revision requests, and assist in the definition/prioritization of upcoming releases.
- Assist in the development, coordination and implementation plans to test business and functional processes and quality assurance testing (UAT - User Acceptance Test).
-Development / enhancement of small applications to support the client
-Maintenance, support and validation of inter-system interfaces
-Competencies: SQL Developer, ERP (JD Edwards), ClearQuest, ALM, SharePoint, MS Office, Office 365.
