I am a Planner, Internal Auditor of Iso 9000, Estimator and management of works and budgets control. I am also an Electrical and Instrumentation Designer, I can draw diversity of plans and develop specifications, in my biggest project in Venezuela, I have handled 600 men. I was Chief and Project Manager before becoming an Engineer.
