• Strong experience in user training and standard operations documentation, data quality control/assurance, customer service and training
material development.
• Experienced at leading requirements gathering stages of internal and external project development.
• Adept at working with various business users to support frequent client-driven business rule change requests.
• Experience working with IT QA testers resolving legacy data migration issues prior to Agile sprint planning data deployments.
• Monitored internal IT ticketing system/email notifications and assigned tasks based on staff project assignments.
• Assisted with legacy DOS data migration to a SQL Server based system which included data sets of 500K-1M records.
• Operating systems include Windows and Mac OSX; executed SQL data queries to present ad-hoc reporting requests related to
specific departmental business needs.
• Software applications include intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Access, Excel, Prezi, PowerPoint,
