Description
- 18 years experience in Application Lifecycle Management service, designing process and implementing collaboration platform
- 8 years experience as mainframe change management administrator working on the platform like Change Man (Serena co) and Endevor (CA): technical support for Development teams
- Excellent ITIL knowledge and consistent approach supporting ALM process: I have supported customers defining and implementing processes like Change and Configuration Management, Release Management, Demand Management, Test Evaluation Management, Deploy Management, Incident and Problem management
- According to the customer organization and infrastructure requirements, I lead Lifecycle administration team to design process and implement some collaboration platform: Rational ClearQuest, ClearCase, RequisitePro, IBM Jazz CALM (Team Concert, Requirement Composer, Quality Manager)
- Planned a change and configuration automatic integration between Endevor (MVS Configuration system) and Clearquest Web (Change system) defining a central development process for MVS+Midrange application of an insurance company
- Collaborate with Governance and Audit department for assessments and metric definition leading evaluation maturity of inner process and planning service improvement proposal (SIP).
