I have about 19 years of IT and Functional Experience of which 13 years plus of experience in SAP CRM Sales, Service, Marketing, IC, C4C, HCI, hybris(B2B/B2C), SAP Solution Manager, Exposure to SAP SD Implementation, Pre Sales, Upgrade and AM projects and Proficient in ASAP Methodology with exposure to End to End implementation with SAP Best Practice management.
