Description
- Over 9 years of experience in SAP implementations, Support Pack Upgrade and Production (Post Go-Live) support projects.
- Experience in every phase of the projects covering requirement gathering, solution design, development, deployment, UAT, Integration Testing, documentation, product test, training end users and post go-live support.
- Ability to drive, design discussions, skilled in client handling and expectations management.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Have an excellent command and worked extensively on SAP ABAP Webdynpro, HCM forms and Process, Adobe Interactive forms, OOABAP, Home page framework, OADP configuration, BADI.
- Have experience as SME.
- Have a good Understanding of different functionality of ESS and MSS.
Have a good knowledge of HR business processes. - Proficient in generation of reports, Function Modules, Classes, Custom tables, ALV, Interactive, dialog programming and BDC.
- Proficient in customizing Webdynpro application using Application configuration and Component configuration.
- Have rewarded on several occasions for better quality of work, performance, fast results, successful delivery, and on time closures of the project.
- Have good understanding of business processes. Good team player, Strong team orientation & leadership qualities, hard working and enthusiastic. Have excellent communication and presentation skills and Customer Oriented attitude.
