I have more than 2.5 years of experience developing SpreeCommerce web applications in Ruby on Rails.
Few time ago I was working as a Ruby on Rails team lead at one of the reputed Software development Company. I was responsible for managing and leading a development team of 7, Client Communication, Requirement estimation & analysis, Sprint planning and management, Crack interview for a project etc. I helped all my team members to accomplish their work before or on time without any exception. I have worked for clients which belongs to different zones like USA, Canada, Sweden.
Right now I am working as an Individual Ruby on Rails Freelancer at GoTripl company based in Germany.
