It's an SAP certified Hosting, HANA and Cloud partner and an Oracle Platinum Partner managing Oracle E-Business Suite, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards and Hyperion applications across all industries for businesses of every size. Being a hosting company we host SAP landscape of customers in our data centers and provide them SAP Basis services that include projects and regular support tasks. We support 46 SAP customers hosted in our datacenters for whom we have TLOs (Technical Landscape Owners) assigned dedicatedly at US and India. Currently I am Technical Landscape Owner (TLO) for customers Shire Pharmaceuticals, Novus International, Cristal Global and Lear Corporation. I lead all the project and support tasks for these customers and also involved in deliverables of other customers too. I was also part of Centre of Excellence (COE) team I have worked on many Proof of Concepts (POCs) that included High availability configuration, Disaster recovery configuration, SAP Business suite upgrade and Migrations.
