services, application hosting and application performance management to enterprises worldwide. It's
an SAP certified Hosting, HANA and Cloud partner and an Oracle Platinum Partner managing Oracle
E-Business Suite, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards and Hyperion applications across all industries for
businesses of every size.
Being a hosting company we host SAP landscape of customers in our data centers and provide them SAP
Basis services that include projects and regular support tasks. We support 46 SAP customers hosted
in our datacenters for whom we have TLOs (Technical Landscape Owners) assigned dedicatedly at US and
India. Currently I am Technical Landscape Owner (TLO) for customers Shire Pharmaceuticals, Novus
International, Cristal Global and Lear Corporation. I lead all the project and support tasks for
these customers and also involved in deliverables of other customers too.
I lead a team of 14 members during Project tasks and involves in working on critical issues that
hamper business and take it through proper escalation path until resolution and mentor them on new
dimensional SAP technologies.

As a Technical Landscape Owner (TLO) of this customer I lead and work on all Project and support
tasks during IST hours.
I have delivered HANA Migration Project of Business suite and BW systems with source DB as oracle
11.2.0.4 and also migrated other SAP systems from oracle to Sybase ASE 16.0 and MAxDB 7.9.
Configured HANA system replication for BW landscape.
Delivered upgrade project of SAP business suite and other SAP components from NetWeaver 7.03 to
NetWeaver 7.40 as part of classical migration to HANA and successfully completed Oracle upgrade from
10g to 11i.
As part of my role I interact regularly with client and US team for the deliverables.

I was part of team in migrating customer SAP landscape to our datacenters located in Las Vegas and
Michigan. As part of the project I have performed Solution Manager 7.1 Migration and configuration,
BOBJ 4.1 build and helped the customer migrate BO data through promotion management.
Later performed Solution Manager Configuration steps and configured EWA for all the systems.
We achieved 100% customer satisfaction for the migration project and post go-live maintenance. 01.07.2013 — 31.05.2015

Sysco Corporation is an American multinational corporation involved in marketing and distributing
food products to restaurants, healthcare and educational facilities, hotels and inns, and other
foodservice and hospitality businesses
I was inducted to this project to work as an SME on HANA and BOBJ tasks and also for other critical
issues that hampers business. Customer had N+1 dual landscape for all Business suite systems and
Charm was configured to handle the changes throughout landscape.
I handled Hana database administration and Upgrade and performed BOBJ minor version upgrade from 4.0
SPS 2 to 4.1 SPS1. Handled quarterly tasks such as SAP Kernel upgrade, SAP Support Package and SPS
upgrade for ABAP and Java. Configured SSO between Portal/ABAP systems.
Regular tasks included system health check, performance optimization, trouble shooting and mentoring
junior resources. 01.01.2012 — 31.07.2013
Johnson & Johnson is an American multinational medical devices, pharmaceutical and consumer packaged
goods manufacturer founded in 1886.
This was a huge project that was handled by L&T Infotech as part SAP Basis Managed Service.
This project consisted of around 150 Basis resources located in India and client locations
throughout the globe.
I have led an off-shore team of 14 members who were part of platforms named GDC (Global delivery
Centre), Lynx, LeapLive, Taishan and supported the regions North America, APAC and achieved SLA of
98% for all the support and project tasks.
I was also part of Centre of Excellence (COE) team I have worked on many Proof of Concepts (POCs)
that included High availability configuration, Disaster recovery configuration, SAP Business suite
upgrade and Migrations. Handled failover and disaster recovery drills.
Performed Oracle upgrade from 10g to 11i and implemented Enhancement Package 4 & 5 on ECC. As part
quarterly tasks I have performed and led Support Pack upgrades, Kernel upgrades and system
refreshes.

I was deputed to client location in Mumbai, to lead and deliver Basis tasks. Performed OS & DB
Migration from Windows, MSSQL to AIX, Oracle. I was part of the team that performed EHP4 upgrade on
ERP 6.0 and upgraded oracle from 9i to 10g.

I was recruited and trained in SAP Basis. Later I was deputed to client location for a period of 6

offshore location and continued the support.

company, engaged in the business of manufacturing and distribution of automotive seating and
electrical distribution systems.
I am a TLO of this customer and led the implementation of SRM 7.0, SLM 2.0, BI, BOBJ, BPC and
Enterprise Portal on NW 7.40, BOBJ 4.1 and Solution Manager 7.1 and have configured SSO between
Portal, BOBJ and BW systems.
Performed Web-dispatcher installation and configuration for HTTPS access of SLM and Portal systems
to external users. Recently upgraded BOBJ 4.1 SP02 to 4.2 SP03.
Currently providing pre-go live support to the functional team and working on Oracle upgrade from
11i to 12c.

over by Tasnee.
Cristal is the first customer of Secure-24 and it was then called Millennium Inorganic Chemicals
before it's take over by Cristal.
I am the POC and TLO for this customer and have been delivering multiple Project and support tasks
exclusively from India. On this date, Solution Manger 7.2 upgrade project is in progress.
Implemented Enterprise portal 7.4 and configured SSO for backend HCM and BI systems.
Performed BOBJ patching, Lumira add-on installation, Wily Introscope upgrade and patching.
I have designed a quarterly plan for landscape patching and DB refresh.
We interact with client through weekly calls, to discuss existing tasks and plan for the future
accordingly. As part of regular support tasks I'll be leading quarterly system refresh and patching
of ERP and HCM systems.
Customer: Novus International, Missouri
Novus International, Inc., headquartered in metro St. Louis, Missouri, U.S., is an animal health and
nutrition company. It serves customers ranging from animal nutritionists to veterinarians, to
individual animal owners.
Being a TLO of this customer I am he primary point of contact (POC) from India and involved in all
the project, support tasks and escalations. I have performed GRC upgrade from GRC 5.0 to GRC 10.0.
As a cost remediation to the customer we have proposed and migrated all system throughout landscape
from Netapp storage to Pure storage. We have performed Wily upgrade and patching. I have handled
quarterly tasks of Support pack patching, Kernel upgrade and Oracle patching and configured EWA for
