Responsible for defining a job profile, selection criteria, and write a job post, also responsible for identifying the most relevant candidates aligned with the job specifications, scope and background of project, using linkedin recruiter account, xing premium account, viadeo, indeed, stack overflow, github and google tools, as well as is also responsible for finding the contact information of people using connectifier, zoominfo, sellhack, google tools and most relevant corporate websites.   

Contacting the candidates through skype calls, sending direct emails, inmails, connect messages and messages of purpose on linkedin, xing etc, getting CV, while explaining about the job details, as well as, also responsible for managing database of candidates using bullhorn, zoho, google sheet, and scheduling the interviews of candidates, while maintaining the high level of communication with candidates and company.  

I have also working experience as Research Associate in an experts network \"Atheneum Partners\" responsible for researching on multiple projects for business intelligence purposes, helping the clients in business decision making process, as well as, also responsible for identifying profiles, recruiting industry experts, to get insight knowledge of industry for diversified projects of niche markets around the globe using linkedin, xing, viadeo, indeed, stack overflow, github and google tools with extensive responsibilities of preparing profile cards and marketing lists of identified experts on excel sheets as well as on company\'s templates for presenting to the clients
