I have experience in technical and accounts support, helping customers to solve accounts, billing issues and hosting issues.
Currently, I work at the helpdesk and produce some tutorials, FAQs, screencasts and internal documentation as well.
I used to support phpBB Brasil as administrator and translator. I am a former WordPress translator contributor for Brazilian Portuguese translation, and sometimes I still give some help fixing Portuguese grammar in the translation.
I don't consider myself as a programmer or a full developer because I still have too much to learn, but I can read codes and find the errors. I am outstanding in solving problems, I am a detail focused person, and I love to help people.
I have management knowledge and skills. I usually think outside of the box, I work with all the alternatives, and before I take any action, I study all the problem variables.
I dislike bureaucracy, but I enjoy procedures and protocols to make decisions and solve problems. If I don't know how to do something, I will learn and ask for help. I love to learn. I love to work and keep my mind busy. In the last months, I read some books about my work, like Delivering happiness and exceptional service, Exceptional profit, exceptional customer service: exceed customer expectations, Startup business plan and some specialized blogs about WordPress and WooCommerce, like Help Scout and WP Elevation and others.
