- Introduction of agile software development methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Frame Work (SAFe) in different projects
- Leading of the Software Development Methodology Community. Definition of a Best Practice for applying agile methodologies at Roche Diagnostics, train and support project members in the project execution
- Line Management of different departments up to 130 project members including resource planning, recruiting, definition of goals, employee appraisals and development
- Planning and Implementation of different reorganization and improvement initiatives inside own area of responsibility and in collaboration with other departments.
- Project progress monitoring of a project portfolio of development and maintenance projects in the size of 3 to 50 project members
- Definition, implementation and roll-out of an online project monitoring cockpit. First applied in the department of own responsibility and to the complete software development organization.
- Coaching and support for the definition of the Best Practice Requirement Engineering and its fist review
- Project lead of a mayor instrument
