For an international company in the energy supply industry we are looking for immediate support in the area of Project Management Software Asset Management.
What will your tasks be?
- The temporary employee will support the implementation of the reorganization in Software Asset Management (SAM). They will report directly to the manager and manage the implementation of the improvement measures agreed in the team and will also take on content-related work packages themselves, covering topics such as
- Revision of SAM guidelines/processes
- Optimization of internal team workflows
- Cleaning up the contract/license database
- Development of a portfolio management system
- Support in cleaning up legacy issues / transferring operational tasks to the service management teams
- Optimization of SAM tools (in terms of formulating & controlling requirements for IT implementation)
What do you need to bring with you
- Strong experience in software asset management, ideally in a coordinative function
- Strong coordination skills (experience as a project manager or product owner)
- High level of initiative
- Assertiveness in the context of lateral leadership
- Entrepreneurial thinking & acting
- Experience in the use of license management tools such as USU, Flexera or ServiceNow
- Project-safe German and English
