Job Description
Enclosed the tasks:
- Support of hardware and software problems
- Planning and implementation of internal rollouts (Windows 10 to Windows 11 incl. hardening, GPO's and drivers)
- Patch management with WSUS
- 2nd/3rd level support
- Conception of operating procedures
- Administration of IT peripherals
- Knowledge of Matrix42 Empirum is desirable
