My Job role was Sales Assistant / Customer Advisor to cover the busy Christmas period. I was mainly based upstairs in the Warehouse picking customers orders that I then sent down the conveyor belt, I also had to use their very own headset system. Sometimes I would be based downstairs on front reception where I would interact with members of the public, bagging up the items they had purchased. In this job you needed to be efficient and work as part of a team as many products were purchased by customers on a daily basis.

My job role is Business Content Manager / Administrator; I work from home in a self-employed capacity for the Little Safe Company. The main purpose of my job role is to maintain the little safe company website , my role is to upload products, type up their descriptions and add hyperlinks in so a customer can see how many sizes are available. The products we sell are primarily safes and mailboxes, in addition to this I have become a blogger where I provide more detailed information about our products and services. Also I use our email service to circulate emails to my colleagues if I need advice on any products or any other working matters. In line with my job I have to use many programs such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Picture Manager and Microsoft Excel.
