General Data
I have been working with SAP products for six years in various positions, and on projects of varied complexities with values up to 40 million pounds. In the last four years my role involves managing teams of various sizes and make-up e.g. Integrator staff, Client staff, On and Offshore models and SAP Global Partners (Deloitte, HCL Axon and Cognizant). I have experience in pre-sales activities, business analysis, business process design, configuration, test management, data migration, and project management.
Experienced of managing complex multi-stakeholder environments, bringing this experience to bear on the projects that I have worked on has contributed to their successful implementation and me being recognized as subject matter expert (SME) by the client – this has enabled me to gain their confidence and to build strong long-lasting relationships with key client individuals and project team members. I have also demonstrated strong leadership in guiding clients through the project lifecycle in a structured way. I have achieved this by being: task focused, able to manage to deadlines, politically aware, able to compromise pragmatically, a good communicator and able to inspire and motivate others. I have good interpersonal skills and easily adapt to different cultural settings. This has enabled me to work on projects or assignments in the following countries: Portugal, Angola, Mozambique , United Kingdom and Malaysia.
