On this project I have several roles:
  • Solution architect for the Eventbuizz cloud based SaaS system
  • Managing the offshore development team of 10 people
  • Planning rollout strategy due to an upgrade of the system
  • Managing new development and bug fixes using JIRA. That also includes planning how to implement new functionality on existing platform to the upgraded platform and at the same time keeping the milestone plan
  • Planning test cases with the business for migration of existing data and for new system. The test scripts and planned test cases are executed by using the tool “Testlodge”. The test is performed by offshore QA team and monitored and approved by me

I have been assigned to work on a frontend project (with BSP) for customer service. I have delivered 2 assignments "Chase The Chain" and consumption calculator. "Chase The Chain" is a form that the agent need to fill in order to capture further sales whenever it is possible and then I have build consumption calculator for Electricity and Gas. Consumption calculator is used for new sales to pre calculating the customer's consumption in order to get as correctly monthly amount as possible. All programming has been done as Object orienteering programming (OO) and integrated with third part systems like Siebel & Egate.

My role as a Technical Developer was to help end-user build ISU related pro-grams. The client was in a face where they were integrating data from their legacy system. I have been analysing the data, that were implementing and then create programs, views, reports with ALV-grid, in order to give the end user better overview.

Marked 2003 Common solution project covering settlement reporting for andelstal and saldo for utility companies within the liberalised electricity business. The projects stakeholders are NESA, SEAS, NVE and KE. The development is handled in bespoken reports and functionality closely integrated with SAP IS-U. My role as Technical Team lead was to distribute work to other developers on the team, estimate time on change requests, QA technical & documentation work. I was also responsible for documentation of the transports and for transports to QA, trouble shooting with the client, helping with business blue print in order to get started, define programs based on business blue print in order to plan the schedule for Go-Live, create test scenarios for delivery presentations, supporting the team and Go-live.
