Ensure compliance with the commitments sales of electricity and steam through the monitoring and control of operations, monitoring the availability of equipment and personnel performance of operations within a culture of safety and environment.
• Ensure that the implementation of internal business processes and operation of the local grid (Genevpapca PDVSA and Cadafe VASSA) is efficient, reliable and secure, coordinating the internal organization of the groups of operations and the interrelationship between system actors interconnected.

1. Schedule and monitor the preventive and corrective maintenance of main and auxiliary equipment and mechanical systems maintenance, as well as the architectural and civil structures plant.
2. Coordinate the implementation of programs for preventive and corrective maintenance of main and auxiliary equipment and mechanical systems maintenance, as well as the architectural and civil structures plant.
3. Prioritize the implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance of parts and critical components to risk the availability of main and auxiliary equipment and mechanical systems, as well as the architectural and civil structures plant.
4. Evaluate by the Engineering Division corresponding maintenance, the applicability of reverse engineering improvements and the main and auxiliary equipment and plant mechanical systems.
5. Consolidate and integrate fault detection programs and periodic testing field on the main and auxiliary equipment and mechanical systems, as well as the architectural and civil structures plant.
