The project mandates an experience in data model design and high exposure to Cognos cubes and Relational models in Cognos. CLIENT DESCRIPTION: Client is undertaking an initiative to implement a migration project from Cognos BI to Business objects. This is to unify the Reporting system of two groups within organization, which were working as two separate companies before. In the current environment there are multiple reporting platforms used by different teams. Currently one division of the company is using Cognos based reporting system and another division is using Business objects as there reporting platform. As the costs involved in maintain two separate reporting platforms is more, Customer planned to have single reporting platform for both the divisions.
