• Coordination of work teams & production deadlines.

• Planning & Resource allocation for each projects.
• Monitoring & checking the evolution and cost of each projects
• Release of Purchaser orders to the Purchasing Department    
• Control of Quality for every products and compliance all safety measures

Technical budgets and documentation( implantation of ISO, Procedure of DITE , Procedure of European & Spanish patents, Certification from Bureau Veritas about light steel structures, technical test in specialized laboratories: Cidemco, Afiti-Licof, Applues, Torroja)
