For this project I utilized a CMS Oracle. I worked with both Extranet sites called Open Enrollment Sites as well as Customization sites called Caremark.com. They are both on Caremark.com but the customization set-up is unique to what individual clients want depending on the services they provide for their members.

With the extranet sites I utilized various documents to make edit changes.

For the Caremark.com sites I utilized a call system called HEAT to track all the customizations. The customizations varied. Some changes I made were to the On/Off switches which involved turning functionality on or off. They might also be adding a new logo which involves a several step process utilizing the internal team to process the logo which I then take and upload into our CMS system.

For this project I utilized a CMS/LMS called Angel and Moodle. I moved their current online school platform from Angel to Moodle. I also did quite a bit of cleanup code and formatting to the old content to match the template for the new platform. * I used both of their CMS/LMS to migrate the content from one platform to the other. * In addition, I also used raw html and Dreamweaver for bug troubleshooting. For QA testing we used an online forum to report bugs called Mantis.
