Which can be changed as per need by the business owner as when needed. * Sap Social Service implementation to get the customer document linked to ERP R/3 system Sap Social service module. * Sap Web Channel Experience Management (WCEM) implementation in project to give customer E-commerce environment to managed its overall Insurance portfolio along with Fleet if any purchase from the Alrajhi on web. * As IT Advisor, help strategize IT operations, budgeting & resources * Execute the design and implementation of Help Desk and Customer Information Center System * Devised the Disaster Recovery Center from an "As-Is" state to a "To-Be" state * Manage the development and delivery of Insurance Management Systems product application and Fleet Rent and Leasing application * Lead, guide and mentor a 30+ strong team of development and support managers, technical and functional/deployment analysts & Testers * Formulate project budget estimates, manage P & L and implement internal controls * Ensure total adherence to SLA\'s/KPI\'s and SDLC processes * Co-Manage day-to-day Operations including working with external vendors and facilitate visa processing * Coordinate with Business Development Managers and Sales Team for pre-sales activities, proposal presentations and creating SOWs * Manage the IT Infrastructure in regards to planning, maintaining and monitoring; including Desktop/Laptops, Servers, Network, Printers, Storage, Help Desk System * Create an infrastructure strategy, roadmap, policies, and standards based on business plans and application requirements * Ensures all aspects of daily technology infrastructure Operations run effectively and efficiently.
