Travel, Transport and Logistics (July 2016 - March 2018) Designed a new business model of an agile digital service broker and led the change/implementation program including all aspects of an brokering operating model the become the digital service broker DB. The model focuses the new way of business consulting, consultative selling towards core functions service brokering, integration and orchestration of internal and market services. Impacting a radical refresh holistically of processes, governance, service portfolio, business architecture, roles and competencies and the financial flow, changing from CAPEX to OPEX.
