- My professional background within the Technology industry have more than 28 years’ experience and last 13 years within the Telco industry (VAS) working with operators and carriers
- Experience in quotation for proposals for new sales, detailing the implementation costs and answering RFP (Request for Proposal) related to the offer;
- Project Manager driving complex projects forward from the implementation stage to completion.
- Knowledge of technology, and facility in assimilate news technologies, for the areas in that the projects will be developed;
- Good relationship with customer and ability of work in teamwork’s, and commitment with results;
- Responsible for the quality, performance and escalation process related to the projects and supports delivery.
- Ability to manage large scale project and service agreements in knowledge of SLAs and contracts.
- Expert in issue tracking and escalation management, confident, calm and effective communication.
- Experience of delivering many projects simultaneously with complex topologies.
- Constructively expresses and challenges ideas, explanations and opinions in a respectful manner supporting an environment that allows for continuous improvement.
