Ben was responsible for the blue print program development for all IT support within the cyber-defensive support to the operational commands within the Defence I&V Organisation. The program has received a 25M Euro Budget over a roadmap with 5 Projects covering IT security on all administrative systems and all cyber defensive programs and measures used in a SOC as a template and using SIEM and a project developing human behaviour programs as well as how to distribute the cyber critical information between DOD departments and operational units. * Program Manager for development of a Cyber training Village. Ben drafted the business plan for the solution and executed the RFI RFP program with initially 7 civilian companies into two remaining competing civilian IT companies into a POC project demonstrating their capacity with the by Ben in close cooperation with a senior military project officer and senior purchase officer. Program Value 5 M Euro. * Project manager for a cyber laboratory training unit. Ben took on the investigation of a stalled cyber laboratory training project between the DOD Cyber War Training Centre and supplier company Thales. Value 3 M Euro. The investigations resulted in a solid closing program and lessons learned overview and renewed negotiations between the two parties in achieving a continuation of the cyber laboratory training program.

NXP - Freescale Semiconductors Business Unit ID & Security at Hamburg Germany. * Senior Project Manager Ben has executed successfully from March 2014 to August 2015 the migration, transition and implementation of the new Advantest main production testers (60 x 1 Mio Euro per Tester industrialization investment and achieved a 14% cost reduction in operations) with project base in Hamburg, NXP partner supplier Advantest in Büblingen, both in Germany and project team members in France, Netherlands, Bangkok and Taiwan. A 60 Mio euro HW investments & Project budget 3.8 Mio Euro * Senior Program Manager NXP hired Ben per 15 August 2015 to take a program management lead on another main program; the Trust Provisioning mass customization, supporting NXP to double their test capacity from 300 Bio dies to 600 Bio dies. Ben Completed the Investigation and analysis and onset for the program Trust Provisioning start as a project. * Senior Project Manager Due to internal NXP personnel movement the main tester migration needed strong experience back, as such Ben was asked to regain control of this program. Personal experiences: * The political arenas within the client was such that the department I was working for had the minority responsibility and staffing. It was therefore very difficult to win together with the Telekom department client against the political internal force. Only if the Techmahindra supplier would have had invested beyond T&M upfront than they would have had a better chance. Budget constraints with Techmahindra prevented that option unfortunately. Specific Highlights: * Managed the International Testing Program for all testing pillars with an annual contract value of 14 Mio Euro.
