Resolving escalated problems related with IPDSLAM, GPON and supporting a new product Power Unit Rectifier to get it approved and homologated by Telmex. Support the Huawei TAC in U2000 and M2000 tools to monitor the transport (optical) networks. Core Network support working with SS7.

During WorldCom period, we initiated the GE network implementation with Newbridge equipment and Cisco routers, in addition with another technologies for different customers like Marathon from Maicom and NET multiplexers. Then I become to be the Sr Manager for Mexico handling 3 engineers. In 2000 WorldCom asked me to move and open the POP in Monterrey, NL and be the North Country Manager. Then in 2008 when initiated Verizon operations, we installed a node in Monterrey, and we were responsible to install and certify equipment and put in operations and gain customers. Was a great work team with 3 engineers Then we were responsible for customer CPE installations, coordinate local loops implementation with different carriers and do the DAX cross connect in our GPOP. With Nortel OME6500. And other equipment installed and maintained on the GPOP was the Juniper MX960, Tellabs 5500, Cisco 12000 GSR. Frame Relay, Packet Switch and MPLS circuit applications and installations. Being working as SOHO from 2000 up to 2008 in Monterrey.
