- Implement business development strategies to enhance sales and profitability
- Generating new leads and follow up for business from US, Europe, Australia and Indian Markets
- RFP responses, Proposal creation and presentation to prospective customers, SOW creation and execution.
- Perform entire business cycle right from lead generation till the closure of sales and collections.
- Delivery tracking, customer relationship management, escalation management
- Follow up with old customer for new business.
- Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
- Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs
