About me
Camera Operator and Local Fixer based in Brazil, I’ve been working on video production for more than 20 years. Born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, I began to shoot in the 1980?s as a 4×5? still photographer and photojournalist (35mm). Since 1995, I’ve been working first as Editor and later as Camera Operator and Producer on Documentaries, Commercials, Political Campaigns and Corporate Videos, in both Video and Film (16mm). I\'m results-driven, quality-conscious, with hands-on experience in operating a diverse range of cameras and studio equipment including lighting, microphones and sets. I’m English, Spanish and Portuguese speaking, can edit on Avid Media Composer, DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Premiere and have been helping video crews and other clients from abroad in Brazil for more than 10 years. I’m registered at ANCINE, the Brazilian national cinema agency and also a registered journalist.
