When Carlsberg embarked on the mission in 2008, its goal was to unite the Carlsberg Group on one common platform - a system to standardize core business processes, integrated Supply Chain and IT systems to meet the demands of dynamic and growing markets. The standardization is supported by a common SAP platform. BSP will be implemented in all markets in the Western and Northern European regions except Portugal. BSP will standardize a large part of the Carlsberg value chain - most of our core processes (sales, forecasting, distribution, billing etc.) and a number of supporting processes (e.g. reporting, master data and asset management). Neeraj was a team lead for the Production team. The scope for the production team covers the SAP areas PP-PI, QM and PM and the team consists of 14 people. SAP Implementation Programme for Severn Trent Water (Utilities - Water) Severn Trent Water is UK's leading Utilities Company. STW has core functions surrounding asset management, customer management, drinking water production and waste water recycling. It serves over eight million people, supplying nearly two billion liters of drinking water a day with the highest standards in Europe. It operates in an area of more than 21,000 square kilometers, stretching from the Bristol Channel to the Humber estuary and from mid Wales to the East Midlands. Neeraj's involvement in this project was providing on-site functional consultancy for SAP implementation in the areas of Work Force Management (IS-Utilities/ Energy Data Management, Plant Maintenance, Customer service) at Birmingham, UK. Go-live date: 7th June 2010. Specific Responsibilities: As a lead consultant worked for WFM / PS team. Neeraj was involved in following area: * Help Build customized solution involving job assessments/ design for Valve management processes of water utilities. * Standard SAP PM / CS configuration, c-projects and RPM. * Preparation of Proof of Concepts and Functional Specifications for enhancements and interfaces like eSCADA, GIS, Asset management systems, customized workbench and eForms. * Preparation of PDD's / process diagrams / BPML and summary scope documents as High Level design deliverables for SAP implementation for water utilities business processes. * Identify interfaces and functional Design requirements for SAP integration * Identify requirements for Asset Hierarchy for above ground and below ground assets. * In a client facing role, conducting workshops at client locations. Arla Foods purchases 0.9 billion kg milk in the UK, Sweden and Denmark. Soon after acquiring this site Reliance needed to integrate this site with other RIL manufacturing sites in India. Since fiber manufacturing is a continuous process, Plant Maintenance logistic is a core functional area for meeting their production & quality targets. Neeraj was a core team member for SAP R/3 PM & MM logistics modules implementation & support. Specific Responsibility: Finalization of Business blueprints. Examine the existing PM & MM Configuration of RIL sites and enhancement for Gaps. Work as a team leader for PM Logistics module and responsible for imparting solution in PM and MM modules with his team members. PROJEKTHISTORIE SAP Work Experience 1. SAP DMS / WM Implementation at ITNL, Mumbai ITNL required a robust document management system that allows storage of all types of documents such as simple presentations to complex engineering drawings & SAP transactional documents. Integrates SAP transactional documents within various modules as relevant, enables online review and approval functionality for better document controls and allows document access to approved users thereby making the documents available to relevant users without redundancy. Neeraj is the team lead for DMS/WM Implementation. The scope of services for this Project consist of project management, application deployment, technical development and training for Document Management capabilities and integration with SAP Objects, Archive Link - Enable Document Management capabilities and integration with SAP HR, PS, PM and FI, TREX- Enable full-text search and document retrieval. (Go-live date - 26th August, 2013). Specific Responsibilities: Neeraj is responsible for the E2E implementation of DMS system. Handled the following areas within the project: * Installation & configuration of SAP DMS and EASY DMS & linking with SAP GUI. * Installation & configuration of content management server & linking it with SAP R/3 server * Storage of any document type such as Engineering drawing, AutoCAD, Microsoft Word document, presentation, scanned document etc. & establishing linkage module wise to SAP objects & transactions. SAP Implementation for BSP1 Carlsberg (CG&S - Beverages) Carlsberg is the world's fourth largest brewery group. The Group employs 41,000 people and is characterized by a high degree of diversity of brands, markets, and cultures. The overall ambition in Carlsberg Group is to sustain the position as the fastest growing global beer company. When Carlsberg embarked on the mission in 2008, its goal was to unite the Carlsberg Group on one common platform - a system to standardize core business processes, integrated Supply Chain and IT systems to meet the demands of dynamic and growing markets. The standardization is supported by a common SAP platform. BSP will be implemented in all markets in the Western and Northern European regions except Portugal. BSP will standardize a large part of the Carlsberg value chain - most of our core processes (sales, forecasting, distribution, billing etc.) and a number of supporting processes (e.g. reporting, master data and asset management). Neeraj was a team lead for the Production team. The scope for the production team covers the SAP areas PP-PI, QM and PM and the team consists of 14 people. Neeraj is assigned to Wave 1 as PM/QM/WM consultant and he will be responsible for individual and specific team deliverables during the Build and Test phases of the BSP implementation. SAP Implementation Programme for Severn Trent Water (Utilities - Water) Severn Trent Water is UK's leading Utilities Company. STW has core functions surrounding asset management, customer management, drinking water production and waste water recycling. It serves over eight million people, supplying nearly two billion liters of drinking water a day with the highest standards in Europe. It operates in an area of more than 21,000 square kilometers, stretching from the Bristol Channel to the Humber estuary and from mid Wales to the East Midlands. Neeraj's involvement in this project was providing on-site functional consultancy for SAP implementation in the areas of Work Force Management (IS-Utilities/ Energy Data Management, Plant Maintenance, Customer service) at Birmingham, UK. The 7,100 Danish co-operative owners supply 4.0 billion kg milk to Arla Foods every year (corresponding to 90% of all milk production in Denmark) while the 6,500 Swedish owners supply 2.2 billion kg (approx. 60% of Sweden's milk production). Arla Foods purchases 0.9 billion kg milk in the UK, Sweden and Denmark. SAP-PM/MM/PS/WM implementation cycle at AMM Nestle Globe Project Globe project is a worldwide initiative by the FMCG giant Nestle S.A. It is the world's largest supplier of processed foods. Nestle India is well known in India and needed Neeraj to provide expert assistance in the implementation of PM, PS, WM & MM modules as part of their Asset Maintenance & Management. He was incharge for modeling Nestle India Business scenarios setting up integration models for transfer of master data, guiding integration testing for maintenance planning, execution, purchase & logistics execution etc. Neeraj's involvement in this project was providing on-site functional consultancy as a SAP specialist for AMM team. SAP R/3 Implementation project at Reliance Industries Limited Appollo Fibers Limited (Formerly JCT Limited) is an acquired site of Reliance Industries Limited. It is known for quality production of man made synthetic polyester staple fiber and meets the huge market requirement of North India. Soon after acquiring this site Reliance needed to integrate this site with other RIL manufacturing sites in India. Since fiber manufacturing is a continuous process, Plant Maintenance logistic is a core functional area for meeting their production & quality targets. Neeraj was a core team member for SAP R/3 PM & MM logistics modules implementation & support. Specific Responsibility: Finalization of Business blueprints. Examine the existing PM & MM Configuration of RIL sites and enhancement for Gaps. Work as a team leader for PM Logistics module and responsible for imparting solution in PM and MM modules with his team members. Responsible for the entire project deliverables and training including planning and setting up of quality standards for PM Logistics module. This includes business blueprint, Configuration, Unit testing, Integration testing and post implementation support.
