- SAP Payroll (PY) project implementation
- Payroll/TM schema/rule maintenance, custom operation creation
- SAP HR project implementations
- SAP HR Data Migration project implementation
- Company (Personnel Area) Merge/Split project implementations
- Experience of interface development (to local HR, Payroll, Learning systems)
- Experience in Personnel Development (PD)
- Dynamic Action creation
- Custom infotype creation, standard ifotype enhancement
- Knowledge of ESS/MSS, FIORI
- Knowledge & understanding of Multiple Employment, Benefits Management
- Experience in Role Management for HR & Payroll
- Experience of working with Global Template
- Experience of full project life-cycle (project preparation & design, build, testing, data uploading, final preparation, go-live, hypercare)
- ABAP knowledge & experience
