PROJEKTHISTORIE Project: SDS/PRM Innovation Project Duration: July 2016 - Current Role: Software Engineer/Team Lead Project Description: NCR Interact Partners --The NCR Interact Partner Program is a global marketing, enablement and services program for NCR business partners who sell NCR's broad portfolio of solutions and services across multiple industries. Responsibilities: NCR Interact Partners which is a key initiative to streamline the current Business process and revamp it to the salesforce communities. In a team of 4 people in a fast paced agile development responsibility includes team leadership, requirement gathering, estimation, development, Effective Stakeholder communication. Solution caters toward Channel and Partners built over SFDC communities include MDF, Partner Onboarding and Certification, Engineer Qualification, Deal Registration. Daily responsibilities include * Project Planning and consultation toward most effective solution's * Building the sustainable and efficient solution using the SFDC stack consisting of the APEX, Visual Force, SOQL, SOSL, Batch Apex, and declarative features like validation rules, workflows, approval process, roles, and profiles, business processes Reports etc. * Handling the Business call's and understanding and documenting the requirement and suggesting the most feasibility with the sales force and the current system. * Guiding the peers to complete their task before the dead lines. * Handling Deployment and communicating stakeholder. * Preparation of UTC of the functionalities, Providing KT to the QA Team, Supporting and fixing the defect coming through the QA testing phase * Business demo KT and the User Acceptance support.

Project: Lead to Cash Project Duration: July 2014 - Current Role: Software Engineer II / Delegated Team Lead Project Description: The Lead to Cash (L2C) program is a cross-functional business initiative, with engagement from various business leaders across Sales, Finance as well as IT. Application developed over the platform consisting of various business processes covering up the Sales, Marketing, Q2O (Apttus Quote to Order), Net Alliance portal (Portal), Cast Iron Sync of data with different application and system such as Siebel, AIS (Akamai Invoicing System), Luna control Center, ABI(Akamai Business Intelligence etc. Currently the project is following the agile methodology and with the enhancement and standardization of the system. Responsibilities Being the lead developer, responsibilities includes team leadership, mentorship, Sprint handling, requirement gathering, estimation, development, Effective Stakeholder communication, problem to resolution. The module that I worked on are PRM, CRM, Online Channel Market Place, Luna Integration with the SFDC, Release Management. Communities Migration. Project: VMware SFDCAM Project Duration: Sep 2013 - July 2014 Role: Senior Programmer Project Description: VMware SFDC AM is the enormous SFDC implementation, Removing the obsolete system such as Siebel and migrating it to the newer technology Sales force as their CRM .The project consist of the various modules SFA/PRM, GSS, Group Admin etc. . Project was running from the last 6 year with lots of configuration and customization. In Agile methodology the development and maintenance are taken care parallel with each other. Responsibilities In SFA/PRM team I have been handling VMware internal CRM and Partner Central, which further can be, classify into the Account, Contact and Lead Management, Partner Relationship Management etc. My responsibilities are to proceed the Analysis, Design, Build, Test, Deployment, data syncing etc for the respective functionality. To enhance and maintain the channel, new functionalities are added per monthly release with defect/bug reduction from the application. * Requirement gathering and Daily interaction with the Business for their needs * Impact analysis * Preparing the Business Requirement document and High Level documentation, and getting sign off for the release. * Designing the Solution and preparing the technical Design if required. * Building and providing the solution using APEX, Visual Force, SOQL, SOSL, Batch Apex, Reports, Dashboards, and declarative features like validation rules, workflows, approval process, roles, and profiles, business processes. * Unit testing and Test Classes writing, attaining the maximum coverage along with the optimal Test Code run time and coding standard followed. * Deployment either through the change sets or Ant. DT preparation and performing the Pre Deployment and Post Deployment step including the Data Migration. * Preparation of UTC of the functionalities, Providing KT to the QA Team, Supporting and fixing the defect coming through the QA testing phase * Business demo KT and the User Acceptance support.

Project: DC 1 Salesforce CRM Project Duration: February 2012 - August 2013 Role: Senior Programmer Project Description: In State Farm DC1 CRM I was in the Customer Management Team where the custom sales channel was built using the programmatic and declarative capabilities of the Force.com platform. Mostly the team is dedicated more toward the Sales Cloud implementation of the Sales Force to provide prominent solution for the company KPI's .The project was divided in the multiple phases and been part of the project first two releases. In First release majority of the concern was to implement the B2B and B2P sales process, company Lead management and the Data model and the security model. Second Release was more towards the functionality related to the maintenance of the data Quality, implementing Customer search and to the fill the accidental gaps created by the 1 st release and developing the other CRM functionality for the organization. Responsibilities My Role as a Programmer was to set up the security model, data Model, along with the development of the various Business processes either using the declarative or through the programmatic approach. Requirement gathering and Design the effective solution, POC and asset development along with the Unit testing and the integration testing, provided maintenance support to the Client after the project Go Live for the period of time. * Was in the initial building of the security model of the organization * Implementing the company's existing Business processes using the Sales Force in-house Stack Such as Workflow Rules and Approval Processes. * Implementing the Business Processes for the case and the Record Type , Queue management and the Change Request management using the Programmatic capabilities and the declarative capabilities * Enforcing the Data Quality in the Organization using the Validation rules. * Initial Requirement gathering and High Level Proposed Solution plans. * POC and asset development apart from the work . * Maintenance support to the Client after the project Go Live, defect Monitoring and providing solutions * Unit Testing ensuring the coverage effectiveness 95% and UTC preparation * Deployment and data Migration

Client: Statefarm DC 9 BAF Domain: Insurance Time Period: Aug 2011 - Jan 2012 Role: Programmer Project Description: In StateFarm BIC insurance, the team consists of the Front End Development through the SFX tags and JSP tags, supporting the business implementation of the State farm Automobile insurance channel. the middleware is a common source for receiving the request from all the Front end where middle ware of the Three tier Architecture consist responsible for the validation business process and the Web service integration of the third party services. Responsibilities: In a very short span in the project, my responsibilities were development, testing UTC preparation. Mostly worked over the core Java code for creating the validation rule and the business processes. Along with the JUnit and EasyMock testing. Writing the smaller Web service Functionality on the basis of requirement. * Writing the core java code on the basis of the requirement for validation logic and Business process * Providing the 100% code coverage to the project through the Junit Testing and the EasyMock Framework * Providing the maintenance support in case there is defect raised * Working over smaller Web service requirement and integration. * Sequence Diagram Creation and the Proof Of Concept Creation For Newer Requirement. * Process Document preparation and the maintain the requirement tracker * Gave training to new joiners during ramp up period.
