Description
- Knowledge of business processes and data flows in a production site including manufacturing, sales, purchasing, finance, inventory and/or shipment.
- Assist in determining system improvements and problem resolution in order to constantly streamline business process and provide high quality information.
- Develop & maintain IT procedures and documentation
- Designing/maintaining custom tables, custom applications to compliment standard code as directed
- Unix Shell Script writing and maintenance
- Adding and maintaining printers on UNIX and Windows based servers. Experience with Unix and Linux Systems
- User support and training for MFG/PRO and Internet Interfaces
- Maintain documentation and change control for all applications and customizations Developed
- Develop custom reports as needed using Progress.
- Manufacturing related software implementation and support
- Proficiency in programming using Progress 4GL(9X And OpenEdge)
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Experience in customizing MFG/PRO using Session and Database Triggers
- Basic Knowledge of Planning and Analysis Software ANAPLAN
