I have been working in the software development and test area for 18 years. I have shipped many software products. I have 10 years of architect, team lead and project management experience. I have been using Agile and SCRUM project management techniques for 7 years. I worked for Microsoft USA for 8 years and another 2 years for Microsoft Turkey as Software Development Consultant. Besides hands-on and technical skills, I am very good at and experienced at team leading, people management and customer management.
 
For the last three years, I have been leading and managing the Cash Equity Markets Application Development Team in Istanbul Stock Exchange for software development and test efforts.
 
For the last 2 years, we have been working in NASDAQ transitioning program. For the user acceptance tests I and my team we developed 8 test tools for all protocols. We also developed a FIX Replay Test Automation system that can replay a whole day with validation through FIX Gateways to the NASDAQ Genium Inet Trading System. With the help of test automation we had a flawless and smooth go-live experience with zero problems with 8 different NASDAQ products/modules.
 
I love software development and especially testing and test tool and automation development. I have lots of test experience with Microsoft and also real-time stock-exchange test experience with NASDAQ and Istanbul Stock Exchange.  I have very strong analytical skills. I am very result oriented and self-learner and I pay attention to the details.
 
I am looking for software development (Back end and desktop C#, C/C++) and test or architect related senior individual role or team lead/management role. If necessary I can learn new programming languages very quickly, but I am not looking for a web frontend development position.
